This amazing party is just weeks away and it's time to step it up! I know you all want your seniors to have a wonderful time but it can't be done by only a handful of people. We recognize that not everyone's schedule allows them to come volunteer but you can help by donating in some way, and every donation, no matter how small makes a difference.
Next time you're out, here are some examples of easy $5, $10, $20 gift cards you can pick up: Dutch Bros, Starbuck's, Human Bean, Black Rock; Grocery stores like Safeway sell a HUGE selection of gift cards; Sporting Goods stores; gas cards.

Grocery shopping? Pick up some extras of these snacks and drinks and drop them off at Hilhi's front office for the Grad Night Party: Case of soda, water, sports drinks; chips, dips, cookies, cup a soup, jerky, candy, etc. We're going to have almost 200 hungry teenagers to feed so, THE MORE FOOD THE BETTER!

Good times are made with friends; Great memories are shared at Grad Night!
Following tradition, the location of the Grad Night Party is a surprise! We will begin loading buses immediately after the graduation ceremony on June 8, 2012, at 9:30pm from Liberty High School. Buses will return students to the Hilhi parking lot at 5:00am. To purchase tickets at school, see a parent volunteer on Wednesdays at lunchtime, or Alice Hart in the bookkeeping office. Partial payments accepted. Contributions toward scholarship tickets are welcomed!

REQUIRED: Every senior, regardless of age, attending the party must have a parent/guardian sign the MEDICAL RELEASE FORM and TURN IT IN before getting on the party bus. All seniors must ride the party bus to be able to attend the party.
Download the Medical Release form, complete and drop off at Hilhi's front office or bring to the grad party check-in table at Liberty High School after the graduation ceremony.

Instructions to make sure Hilhi Grad Night gets 100% of the profit:
1) Go to: www.cookielee.biz/pammccann (It is very important you go to the correct website. This link will take you there or you can type it in the web address.)
2) Click on the Shop button. You will be able to view the items by catalog or category.
3) Add the items you want to your shopping cart.
4) Once you are done, check-out. This is where you will enter Hilhi Grad Night for the EVENT name. It is important you fill this in so we get credit--35% of every sale which is 100% profit. If you miss the EVENT line, you will also be given options on shipping and payment pages.
*If for some reason you miss putting in Hilhi Grad Night and have already placed your order, just give Pam McCann a call (503-332-1614) so she will know to apply it once she is notified of your order from the company.
5) Once your order is placed, it will be shipped directly to you.
